Specific conditions
- The hirer of the vehicle must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driving licence.
A deposit of €2080 will be required by BANK CARD on departure of the vehicle or in the automatic email beforehand, for all rentals. BE CAREFUL to check the ceiling on your bank card for the pre-authorisation. If the pre-authorisation is not successful, the car hire company reserves the right to cancel the rental in accordance with its cancellation policy. This deposit may be used in the event of damage when the truck is returned, the truck returned dirty and/or returned without a full tank, or any other supplement.
- An additional deposit of €1,000 will be required on departure of the vehicle by cheque for drivers with a driving licence less than 2 years old.
- The truck must return clean inside and out and with a full tank of fuel (diesel).
- For heavy goods vehicles, an E driving licence is required and a minimum reservation of 15 days is required.
- For HGVs, a deposit of €5,000 will be required on departure of the vehicle by pre-authorisation and/or cheque, in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed on site with the hire company. If the pre-authorisation is not received, the hire company reserves the right to cancel the hire, in accordance with its cancellation policy. Please provide both means of payment for the departure of the vehicle.
- An administrative charge of €80 will be billed to you in addition to the cost of repairs in the event of damage to the vehicle.

Conditions d'annulation souples
A 95% refund will be permitted in case the cancellation is made at the latest 48 before the rental takes place. No refund will be possible under 48 hours before the rental takes place.
